If you are shipping a silverbox radio, you only need to send the silverbox, not the screen system.
Please let us know how they are shipping your GM Radio/XM receiver to us and if a tracking number is available. This information helps us plan properly so we can get your radio back to you as soon as possible. Once we have received your radio, it will be tested and have the theftlock reset. Then we will ship it back to you.
