GM XM Digital Radio Receiver (DRR) Theftlock reset & testing service. Simply send us your receiver module and we will send it back unlocked and ready to work in your vehicle. Great approach to add factory XM satellite radio to your original OEM GM vehicle sound system.

GM dealers are unable to provide this unlock service – the XM satellite Digital Radio Receiver module cannot be unlocked using a Tech 2 tool or SPS TIS programming software. However, this does not mean that the Theftlock cannot be reset on the XM receiver module. We are able to perform this reprogramming for you, and it does not require opening up the unit.
In addition to unlocking, we will also fully test your XM receiver module – checking for any past fault codes that would indicate any intermittent problems. A detailed report is provided with the returned unit.

Don’t see your specific XM receiver part number listed above? Don’t worry, that is only a partial list of supported modules. Though, please contact us with your specific vehicle and XM module part number to ensure compatibility prior to buying.
Simply send us your locked module via a shipping method of your choosing – tracking and insurance preferred. Upon receipt of the unit, the module will be thoroughly tested (as detailed above) and unlocked. Unit will then be promptly shipped back via UPS ground (calculated at checkout), or please inquire about expedited shipping if you require the unit sooner.

Please feel free to contact us with any technical questions about adding XM satellite radio to your vehicle. In most cases the XM upgrade simply requires installation of the Digital Radio Receiver (DRR) module and satellite radio antenna. Of course, you also need to add the 8 digit XM Radio ID code (displayed on XM Channel 0) to a new or existing XM Radio subscription. But, you may need to do some additional steps depending on your vehicle build – we are happy to advise.
